This class will develop the components that every player will need to improve their speed. During the class, the coaches and players will develop speed, agility and strength. When players improve these components, it will also increase their self-confidence and strength in character. The player will be working with the ball and without the ball.

We will have 2 levels available:

 Club Level - open to all levels of players and is geared towards Intramural -town level.

​Academy Level - This level is for PSC Academy players and any non-PSC players that are participating at EDP league level or similar.
