Program designed to improve striking/shooting technique with high repetition ball striking. This class will focus on many different game related shooting situations from the game. Each player will have a ball for most of the session.

We will have 2 levels available:

 Club Level - open to all levels of players and is geared towards Intramural -town level.

​Academy Level - This level is for PSC Academy players and any non-PSC players that are participating at EDP league level or similar.
