2007 Super Y League UPDATE!
Tryouts have been completed for U13 thru U16 Boys and Girls. If you missed tryouts and are interested, please contact Al Zalewski (atzalewski@yahoo.com) as spots may be open in some age groups. At this time, we are working with the League on Preliminary Scheduling. As soon as that is completed, e-mails will go out to all players that accepted positions on the team so that we can let everyone know about training, games and other information regarding the program. The Parsippany Soccer Club Tryouts for the 2007 Super Y League Season were held on December 9th and 16th for the U13 thru 16 Boys and Girls at Veterans Park in Parsippany. All players selected to the team will be notified during the week of December 25th. Acceptance e-mails will go out first. For all players selected, please respond back not later than January 1. Acknowledgement e-mails will go out to all players once the teams have been selected.

In 2006 the Parsippany SC was honored by United Soccer Leagues as the 7th Best Overall Club and 5th Best on the Girls side. Our U17 and U20 Girls were National Finalists and our U16 Boys and U16 Girls qualified for the National Finals.
When will be we contacted? Within a week after the second tryout, we’ll let everyone know via e-mail, if they were selected to the team. At that point, all players will be asked to commit to playing. After the team has been filled, all players not selected will be notified. It is very important that you provide your name and e-mail address.
About the USL Super Y-League North America’s premier youth soccer league
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- USL SUPER Y-LEAGUE The future of soccer lives in the USL Super Y-League, a professionalized system that is the first step for developing elite youth soccer players in North America. Affiliated with US Soccer and partnered with US Club Soccer, the league is designed for talented youth players destined for professional or international careers. The league contains the youth academies of USL First Division, USL Second Division, Premier Development League, W-League, and Major League Soccer clubs, as well as many of the established premier youth clubs. Through Olympic Development Program status events such as the North American Finals and National ODP Camps, the nation’s top players are identified for selection to US National Team Programs. The 2006 campaign featured over 800 teams within the U13 – U17 boys and girls age groups competing within 10 geographic divisions of the U.S. and Canada.
