Eleven (11) players per team on the field.

Two (2) 35 minute halves.

Size 4 ball only.

All players must wear shin guards under their socks.  A player will not be permitted to play without shinguards.

Mandatory substitution at the halfway point of the first half.  All players that did not start the game MUST be substituted.  After the mandatory substitution change in the first half, a starter may be substituted for another starter.  Any player that was put in the game at the mandatory subsitution point MUST play the remainder of the first half.  The second half of play is free subsitution.

Penalty kicks are from twelve (12) yards.

Handball is called.

Offside is called.

Foul throw-in’s result in a turnover (no second chances).

The goalkeeper cannot touch the ball with his/her hands after it has been deliberately kicked to them by a teammate or from a throw-in from a teammate.

Referees are provided by the club.  If there isn’t a club referee, each team will supply a referee for one half of the match.  The home team chooses which half it would like to referee.

The referee will control the game and their decisions are final.

The home team will supply the game ball.

All players and coaches will be on one side of the field and all parents and spectators on the opposite side.

All players and coaches must shake hands at the end of the match.
